Usage:Apply to the blade cylinder, drilling spring hole, punching blade groove, punching blade groove and sealing strip groove of lock plunger, milling lock plunger groove, precisionly punching surface of the lock, and inserting the lock groove precisionly etc.
Features:I. The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component, Japan THK precision slide rail, precision mold is grinding of S136, cutter parts is made of SKD11 material. Mitsubishi PLC touch screen operation interface.
2. This equipment includes nine machines, and each respectively perform the procedures as drilling spring holes, punching blade groove and sealing strip groove of lock plunger, milling lock plunger groove, precisionly punching surface of the lock, and inserting the lock groove precisionly etc.
3. This equipment can manufacture lock core with the length vary from 20mm-50mm, and punch 3-10 blade grooves.
4. The range from the transection of the lock core to the neareast blade groove can vary from 1.5mm to 4mm.
5.With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message. It can also induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
